Refunds

If it’s not a fit after your first 1:1, request a full refund within 24 hours of that session.

  • • Applies to new students only
  • • Not available after the second session
  • • Refunds issued to original payment method

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your session start time.

  • • Changes & cancellations via Calendly link
  • • Less than 24h notice may forfeit the session
  • • Late arrivals end at the scheduled time

Payments

All sessions are paid in advance via secure Stripe Checkout.

  • • You’ll be redirected to schedule after payment
  • • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted
  • • Receipts are sent automatically by email

Privacy

We only use your contact information to respond to inquiries and manage bookings. We don’t sell or share personal data.

  • • Email and WhatsApp are used for service updates
  • • Payment details are processed by Stripe
  • • You can request deletion of your data at any time

Conduct

We keep sessions focused, respectful, and on time. Parents are welcome to review progress summaries.

  • • Bring required materials (practice tests, essays)
  • • Quiet, camera-on environment recommended
  • • No recording without prior consent
